"Baby-Friendly" is a global program sponsored by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) to recognize hospitals that provide an optimal level of care for breastfeeding mothers and their babies. We also earned the "39 Weeks" recognition banner from the March of Dimes for reducing elective inductions and cesarean deliveries performed before 39 completed weeks of pregnancy.
